Privacy notice
This notice explains, under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), which personal data we process through lobbyfolio.com and in our work, why, and what your rights are. It is a translation of the Turkish text for convenience.

2. What we process

Please don’t include sensitive data, such as health information, in your message.
3. Why we process it
- to receive your free audit request, prepare the audit and send it to you;
- to answer your questions, prepare quotes and handle contracts;
- to deliver website, SEO and advertising services to our customers and share project progress in the customer portal;
- to introduce our services to tourism businesses and follow up on those conversations;
- to keep our website and systems secure and prevent abuse (e.g. automated form submissions);
- to meet our legal obligations and protect our rights in a dispute.
Legal grounds (KVKK Article 5(2)): establishing or performing a contract (c), legal obligation (ç), establishing, exercising or defending a right (e) and our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (f). Sending the form does not mean you agree to receive marketing messages; we would ask for your separate, prior permission first.
4. Who receives it
We don’t sell your data. We use these service providers: Render (hosting of the website, CRM and database; servers in Frankfurt, Germany), Cloudflare (domain DNS and forwarding of email sent to hello@lobbyfolio.com) and Google (Gmail) (the mailbox where that email is read). Their servers are outside Turkey, so your data is transferred abroad. Safeguard relied on under KVKK Article 9: [TO BE COMPLETED BY THE BUSINESS]
Data may also be shared with public authorities where the law requires it, and with our lawyers or advisers in a dispute.

6. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you can ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to in Turkey or abroad, ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected, ask for deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7, ask for corrections or deletions to be notified to those third parties, object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

We answer free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the request involves an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
